Summer is a long-awaited and fleeting time — something we don’t want to miss, a moment when we notice how the color of greenery shifts and the air itself changes. We wanted to hold on to this feeling together and create an exhibition in the friendly space Yauza. In light-filled halls, we will shape an atmosphere of summer in its many forms — from the first dew of a warm evening to sun-scorched grass and the quiet beauty of harvest.
At the exhibition, we will introduce visitors to works by artists from the Morozkino House-Gallery collection, as well as present, for the first time, works by new artists not yet featured on our website. You will see works by Nikolai Burtov, Daniil Volkov, Bato Dugarzhapov, Ivetta Lokhmatova, and others. The atmosphere of summer — impressionism, expression, and, of course, an abundance of color.
The celebration will be accompanied by instrumental and electronic music, and at the end of the day, the ensemble Komon will perform — one of the most acclaimed groups preserving traditional songs in their original form.
